We design and handcraft concrete decorative pieces and candles made with organic soy and coconut waxes. Every product is handmade, and natural variations are part of its character.

These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
If your item arrives chipped or broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luminaminimaliststudio@gmail.com. Include your order number, clear photographs of the damaged item, and photographs of the packaging.
We will gladly arrange a complimentary replacement. The administrative fee and customer-paid return shipping described below do not apply to this complimentary damage replacement. Please keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if an item is defective or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. If you receive an item different from the one ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the correct item and cover the return shipping cost for the incorrect item.
For regular returns, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for an error or damage attributable to Lumina Minimalist Studio. Approved regular returns may be subject to an administrative fee of 10% of the product's value.
We do not accept regular returns for customized or made-to-order products, sale or discounted items, gift cards, or natural variations inherent to the handmade process.
Perishable goods, personal-care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are also not eligible for return. Contact us if you have a question about a specific item.
These regular-return exclusions do not change the complimentary replacement commitment for items that arrive chipped or broken described above.
Purchases made with a gift card cannot be refunded in cash; the amount will be restored as store credit with a validity of up to 3 years.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transportation.
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding shipping costs and applicable administrative fees.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact luminaminimaliststudio@gmail.com.
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you have, subject to approval, and place a separate order for the new item.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided they have not already been prepared or dispatched. Email us promptly to request cancellation.
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds are not issued automatically for this reason.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
