All our products are handmade. Due to their nature, variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. Product images are illustrative, and appearance may vary depending on lighting or screen settings. These natural variations do not constitute defects.
All prices are expressed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or other secure payment providers. We do not store complete credit card information.
We currently ship within the United States only. Standard orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the delivery option selected at checkout. Processing and delivery times are estimates; exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Standard shipping is $4.99 USD per order, Express shipping is $9.90 USD, and Economy shipping is free for orders of $129 USD or more. Available options are displayed at checkout.
Once dispatched, the carrier manages transportation and delivery. If an item arrives chipped or broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a complimentary replacement. Please consult our Shipping Policy for full details.
Returns are subject to our published Returns and Refunds Policy. Regular return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval; your bank or card issuer may require additional time.
Customized products and sale items are not eligible for regular returns. This does not change our complimentary replacement commitment for items that arrive chipped or broken, as described in our policies.
Candles must be used under supervision and in accordance with the safety instructions supplied with the product.
Our candles are made with natural soy and coconut waxes and are intended for decorative and aromatic use under supervision.
